Monomythical

I write about living life online and whatever else is on my mind. I'm particularly interested in how the internet enables individual creators. Much of my research and writing can be characterized as “digital anthropology.”

I wrote Working in Public, a book about open source developers and what they tell us about the evolution of online communities. I’m currently researching what the new tech elite will look like.

More about me on my website and on Twitter @nayafia.

I tend to switch up the format of this newsletter every once in awhile, but generally speaking, you can expect to receive my unstructured thoughts on a surprise topic, plus a couple of reading recommendations.

This is a low-volume list; I send newsletters every couple of months or so.
